Why use Springstar?
We specialise in HP DesignJet service and repair. We are not affiliated to Hewlett Packard. This means we think we might be better than Hewlett Packard and many of their partners. You will nearly always hear us say, “we have the part you need.” Or, “Windows 10? No problem!”
Service contracts
Repair Only
We offer Repair Only (RO) – a simple repair of the fault. The full cost will be quoted before arrival and, provided no other faults or complicating factors are found, this will be the price you pay no matter how long we are on site.
All You Can Eat
Our All You Can Eat (AYCE) package covers everything – paper, inks, callouts and parts.
For a fixed monthly fee we supply a printer, paper, inks, toner, support and cover all repairs and parts. To make it even simpler you are not tied into a long contract. After just 6 months you can cancel with 30 days notice.
We supply both wide format and wide format multi function printers (MFPs) and professional quality colour laser A3 / A4 printer scanner copiers.
No Capital outlay!
Repair with Service and Warranty
Unique to Bristol Inkjet Ltd (BIL) is our repair, service and warranty package. We hate to repair a fault, only to get called back to correct some other defect a short time later. While fixing the fault is the cheapest option, we prefer to go further. We want you to be confident that you won’t have any more repair costs for that machine for the next 12 months, so we offer a full service at a reduced price.
For a very reasonable additional fee, the engineer will replace any parts which might cause problems in the next 12 months. And we back up our word with a full 12 month warranty on the whole machine (excluding consumable parts).
From our point of view, we do a proper job and you get complete piece of mind for 12 months. For example, to replace a belt on an HP Designjet 500 will cost £185 call out plus parts at about £35.
Repair Service with Warranty (RSW) will cost only £90 more – £275 including all parts, and you can be completely confident that if something goes wrong in the next 12 months you will not pay a penny more.
